Handling & Storage :
Store in a cool dry place. Protect from extreme
climatic conditions such as frost, direct sunlight and rain during
storage, in transit and at site "White Coat" bag, if partially used,
should be kept airtight.Environment & Safety :
An environment friendly formulation, as it is both non-toxic and
non-flammable. It is hygienic as it dose not pollute the air. Splashes
of "White Coat" on skin should be immediately washed with water. If
contacted with eyes, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. If
irritation persists, obtain medical help.Salient Features :
- "White Coat" comes in a paste form. Hence, there is no need To dilute with water.
- Before application of paint it dose not require primer and reduce paint consumptions.
- Even and smooth finish against any other surfacing products.
- "White Coat" resists fungus growth, and allows Water vapors to escape without causing blistering.
Applicable Interior surfaces :
- Cement / Sand Rendering
- Concrete / lime / sand rendering
- Concrete / Bricks and blocks
- Precast concrete surface
- Asbestos cement sheet
- Plywood / Gypsum plaster boards
(Newly plastered surfaces should be left to dry for 3-4 weeks.)
Preparation & Application :
- Before application of "White Coat" remove
all loose particles, mould oil and cavities from wall. It should be
applied directly on the interior walls / surfaces with putty knife.
- Thickness of the coat must not be more than 1mm. Leave 1st coat to dry properly and than apply 2nd coat also of 1mm thickness.
- Very smooth surfaces do not require second coat. "White Coat" takes about 3-4 hours to dry before applying 2nd coal. Leave 8 - 10 hours after applying 2nd and final coat.
- Then gently rub "0" number sand paper or a fine emery paper in
circular movement on it. Remove the dust by clean cloth and apply any
paint directly on "Wheat Coat". The stains of "White Coat" can be cleaned with water.
